Suggested Uses
This guide helps you choose the right color, time, and frequency based on your skin goals. All settings are designed to stay within clinically effective and skin-safe dose ranges.
🔴 Red / NIR -Collagen stimulation, fine lines, skin repair, inflammation reduction 10-15 minutes 3–5x weekly Can be used more frequently and daily if skin tolerates well.
🔵 Blue- Reduces acne causing bacteria, oil regulation 4-5 minutes 2–4x weekly Avoid overuse to prevent dryness
Post-Procedure or Skin Recovery= >Blue + Red/NIR: 3 minutes > Red/NIR 8-10 minutes. Frequency: As tolerated, up to daily for short durations. If using multiple colors in one session, follow the order: Blue → Red/NIR
Body Use.
The Orb Pro Light may also be used on body areas (neck, chest, joints, muscles) using Red and Near-Infrared light only. Body tissue generally tolerates and benefits from higher total doses than facial skin. Body treatments can run longer than facial sessions without overexposure.*Suggested use fore the body: Red/NIR for 20-30 minutes per area, on the body.
Important Use Guidelines
•Skin should feel warm but not irritated
•Consistency matters more than maximum time
•Start with the lower end of frequency if new to light therapy
•Skin should be clean and free of active products before treatment
•Eye protection recommended, especially for blue light
•Photobiomodulation follows a dose-response curve: more time does not equal better results.
