Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link.

• Commissions apply only to completed purchases tracked through your assigned link.

• Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, or disputed do not qualify for commission.

• Self-referrals may be restricted or disqualified at the discretion of Orb Life Products

Commission Timing & Fulfillment

To ensure fairness and accuracy, commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period after the customer receives their product.

Please note:

• Shipping timelines may vary due to supply chain factors, backorders, or pre-orders

• If a product is pre-ordered or delayed, commissions will remain pending until the customer has received their order

• The 30-day holding period begins after delivery is confirmed

We always ship products as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding when timelines vary.

Payout Methods

Once commissions have cleared the holding period, payouts are issued via:

• Venmo

• PayPal

• Check by mail

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Orb Life Products is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete details.

Tax Information

In accordance with IRS requirements:

• Affiliates earning over $600 in commissions within a calendar year will be required to complete a W-9

• A 1099 will be issued for tax reporting purposes

Affiliates are responsible for all personal tax obligations related to earnings.

Brand Alignment & Promotion

Affiliates agree to represent Orb Life Products honestly and respectfully.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading claims

• Use spam or unethical marketing practices

• Misrepresent pricing, benefits, or guarantees

• Imply employment or ownership of Orb Life Products

We reserve the right to request content edits or removal to maintain brand integrity.

Program Changes & Termination

Orb Life Products reserves the right to update these guidelines or terminate an affiliate relationship at any time if policies are violated or actions are deemed harmful to the brand.

Continued participation indicates acceptance of current terms.
